How to cancel, step by step
Contact us quickly
Call +1 251-332-4105, email [email protected] or use our contact form. The earlier you ask, the more likely we can stop the order before it ships.
Give us the details
Tell us your order number, the email you ordered with and why you'd like to cancel. A short reason is fine. It helps us improve.
We confirm by email
We'll confirm the cancellation and any refund by email. If the parcel has already left, we'll explain your options.
Why speed matters
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them. Once a parcel is on its way, it’s much harder to stop, so please get in touch as soon as you decide to cancel.
When we cancel an order
The situations where we may need to cancel on our side.
Out of stock or limited quantity
If a medicine is out of stock, or we can’t supply the full quantity you ordered, we may cancel the order. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.
Unpaid orders
An order is only confirmed once we receive payment. If payment doesn’t arrive, the order is treated as cancelled.
Refunds and problems
What happens to your money, and what to do if something's wrong.
Refunds on failed payments
If you paid by card, cheque or money order and the payment didn’t go through successfully, we’ll refund it.
Problems with a product
If something’s wrong with a product, contact our support team and we’ll work with you to put it right. If we can’t, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our guarantee and refund and returns policy for lost or damaged parcels.
