These terms apply when you use our site or place an order. By ordering, you agree to them. Here’s the short version, followed by each part in full.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change.
- We sell generic medicines, not brand-name products.
- Talk to your doctor before starting any new medicine.
- We may cancel an order. If we do, you get a full refund.
- Customs charges and customs delays are your responsibility.
- Parcel late? Wait 7 extra days, then ask us for a reshipment.

These terms apply whenever you use easyrxdrug.com or order from us. Please read them together with our medical disclaimer and refund and returns policy.
Talk to your doctor first
Before you start any new medicine, speak to your healthcare provider. Tell them your full personal and family medical history and every medicine you already take, so they can judge whether it’s safe for you.
Product information on our site is for reference only. Always follow the dose and instructions your healthcare provider gives you.
Generic medicines
The medicines we supply are generic versions. We don’t sell the original brand-name products. Let your healthcare provider know this, so they can prescribe the right medicine and dose.
Liability
EasyRxDrug and its staff aren’t liable for how products bought on this site are used. We take care to supply safe, effective medicines, but responsibility for using them correctly rests with you.
Prices and currency
All prices on our site are in US dollars (USD). We can change prices at any time, so please check the current price before you order.
When we may cancel an order
We can refuse or cancel an order without notice and without giving a reason. If we cancel your order, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.
Your privacy
We collect your name, email address, shipping address and payment method to process your order, check it’s genuine and stay in touch about it. We use your email for order updates and verification.
Keeping your details secure
Your personal details are protected with SSL encryption when you place an order, so they’re encrypted before they travel over the internet.
If you choose to save card details on our site, they’re stored encrypted in a database that can’t be reached directly from the internet.
Shipping fees and addresses
Every order has a shipping fee based on the weight of the medicines, and you’ll see it at checkout before you pay. Shipping rates and policies can change without notice.
Your most recent shipping address is used by default, and you can change it at checkout. Changing the address in your account doesn’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 12–15 days from dispatch. Packing and shipping both take time, so please order early.
Customs delays and charges
We aren’t responsible for delays once your parcel is on its way, whether they’re caused by import checks, customs in your country or the delivery service.
You may have to pay customs charges on what you import. If so, they’re your responsibility and you pay them directly to your customs department. Any delay caused by unpaid charges is outside our control.
Late parcels and reshipment
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please wait another 7 days before asking us to reship it. Then contact us and we’ll sort it out.
