Medical information
What our health content is, and what it isn't.
Health information isn't medical advice
Everything on this site, including product descriptions, dosage notes and health articles, is general information. It’s often a summary, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.
Don’t use it to diagnose a health problem or to decide on a treatment or dose. Talk to your doctor before you start, stop or change any medicine, and always read the leaflet and packaging that come with it.
Ordering and importing
Who our medicines are for, and the rules in your country.
Personal use only
We supply medicines for your own personal use. They aren’t for resale, and they mustn’t be exported or imported commercially by mail. Many of our customers use us to get medicines that aren’t available, or aren’t affordable, where they live.
Importing medicines and customs
Every country has its own rules on importing medicines for personal use, and it’s your responsibility to check them before you order.
As one example, the US FDA’s personal importation policy says the agency may, at its discretion, let a person bring in up to a 3-month supply of certain unapproved medicines for personal use, under specific conditions, such as the product not being promoted or sold commercially to US residents. This is guidance, not a guarantee.
We aren’t responsible for customs or legal action in your country, including a parcel being held, seized, forfeited or auctioned. If we receive any notice about your order, we’ll pass it on to you.
Legal compliance
We follow the laws that apply to us when providing healthcare products online. Our medicines come from certified facilities, with qualified pharmacists involved in handling orders.
Brands, website and links
How we use brand names, and what we can and can't promise online.
Brand names and trademarks
Where we list a brand name, for example under “Brand Search” or “Similar in composition to”, it’s there to help you identify the medicine. We aren’t connected with the companies that make or sell those brands, and we don’t market the brand-name products. Naming a brand doesn’t mean we claim any patent or trademark that belongs to its owner.
Using this website
We provide this website “as is” and “as available”. We don’t give any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of title or fitness for a particular purpose.
We can’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors, or that every piece of information on it is accurate, complete or up to date. Nothing that we, our staff, partners or suppliers tell you, in writing or out loud, creates a warranty. You use the site at your own risk.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites, so we’re not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, and a link isn’t an endorsement of the site or anything on it. If you’re worried about a link on our site, email us at [email protected].
